Xenocracy is like any other Free Company: we're about fun and success. But what sets us apart is our selective membership. We prefer to hand-pick individuals instead of blind recruitment. But that is why you're here!

• We will accept and decline on individual basis and merit. You are more than welcome to mention that you'd like to join your BFF, though.
• Server transfers are welcome but you must acknowledge its risk. If you transfer to play with us, then find Sargatanas to be a sucky server, that's on you.
• We embrace consistency, efficiency, and transparency. If your personality doesn't fit those three qualities, then you won't be happy here.

These are the steps in applying:

1. Fill out this form. Various members of Xenocracy will comment and you must receive 2/3 vote-ins from the membership.
2. Wait about a week or less. We will get back and inform you if you've been accepted or declined.
3. If you've been accepted, you will have a week of trial period. Plan on impressing us during this time.
4. Members of Xenocracy will join you in a high-tier encounter to access your current abilities and potential. Again, we must vote 2/3 in agreement that you will be an asset to our Free Company.
